CES provided schedule and claims management services associated with the construction of a 175,000 SF addition to the H. Carl Moultrie Courthouse, home to the District of Columbia Superior Court. Sustainable features include a partial green roof, solar and water energy capture and management systems, and bike racks to meet LEED Platinum standards.
Project Controls:
CES’ project controls professionals conducted comprehensive schedule and claims analyses and provided DC Courts data to support the denial of a cost increase and schedule delay. In addition, CES managed an independent change order review and cost verification and reviewed the contractor’s proposed time impact analysis.
